Before entering into a contract with one of our partners, it is the user's responsibility to demand to see the permit issued by the Authority and to ask the appropriate questions to fully understand the analysis of their needs.
Although Compar Assurance Inc. endeavors to connect the user with reliable and reputable partners, it cannot guarantee their qualifications, prices, work and services offered.
Compar Assurance Inc. is not liable for damages arising from a service agreement with one of its network partners.
Finally, Compar Assurance Inc. is not a party to the contractual agreements between partners and users. It does not guarantee the accuracy of offers transmitted by its partners, and quotes must be validated directly with them. No future clause may bind Agence Vertigo Inc. or its shareholders, directors, employees, agents, assigns, officers or representatives to any obligation whatsoever with respect to the execution of brokerage mandates entered into with partners.
